As someone from the Russian region, but who wanted an English version of BF3, I can tell you that you can't do anything about it. I tried all forms of EA customer support - all of them said the same, if the redeemed code is for a localized version that is not English, you won't be able to change that. There are fixes online, which allow you to substitute certain language files, at least for bf3 there were. But they only fix the text on the screen - voiceovers are all in Russian. As for BF3 - single player wasn't that bad for me.

If you require Battlefield 4 english language pack. Option 3 is how to manually change battlefield 3 language in the registry as an alternative to our language. Frustrated with unrecognized Russian and Polish language, well now change all those language to English by simply implementing this language pack and using this. Hey, I bought bf1 today in Poland, didn't know it was language locked and I can choose only Polish and Russian. Could someone upload.
